Als we voor elkaar kiezen, kom je binnen SOCOTEC te werken binnen de business unit Claims & Adisory.

Over de functie

Als (Senior) Expert CAR/AVB ben jij dé specialist in verzekeringsschades binnen bouwprojecten. Je combineert je technische kennis van bouw en infra met inzicht in verzekeringspolissen en aansprakelijkheid. Je onderzoekt complexe schadegevallen, beoordeelt de dekking en adviseert zowel verzekeraars als aannemers over oplossingen en herstelmaatregelen.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• Het analyseren en beoordelen van schades tijdens bouwprojecten (CAR)

• Het onderzoeken van aansprakelijkheidskwesties (AVB)

• Het opstellen van deskundige rapportages en adviezen

• Afstemming met verzekeraars, aannemers en andere stakeholders

• Begeleiden van complexe dossiers (voor senior niveau)

Wat wij vragen

• Een afgeronde technische of bouwkundige opleiding

• Aantoonbare ervaring in CAR en/of AVB schades

• Kennis van bouwprocessen en materialen

• Analytisch sterk en een praktische aanpak

• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden

• Voor senior niveau: ervaring met complexe dossiers en advisering
