responsabilidades:

• Ser dueño end‑to‑end del producto/módulos asignados
Responsable final del valor entregado, desde la definición hasta la salida a producción.

• Gestionar y priorizar el backlog de forma autónoma
Tomar decisiones de prioridad balanceando valor de negocio, riesgos, dependencias y capacidad del equipo.

• Traducir necesidades ambiguas en requerimientos claros
Convertir inputs poco definidos de stakeholders globales en funcionalidades entendibles y accionables.

• Garantizar la calidad y readiness de los releases
Asegurar que cada entrega cumpla estándares de calidad, esté testeada y lista para ser usada globalmente.

• Actuar como punto único de accountability frente a stakeholders
Liderar la comunicación, gestionar expectativas y anticipar impactos cross‑territory.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia como Product Owner en entornos ágiles

• Autonomía para gestionar backlog y tomar decisiones

• Experiencia en plataformas enterprise / productos complejos

• Trabajo con stakeholders y equipos globales

• Conocimiento de delivery, UAT y herramientas de gestión (ej. Azure DevOps)

• inglés avanzado (excluyente)
