The Opportunity
We are seeking to recruit a Senior/Experienced Lawyer to join our Legal Practice in our Limassol office. You’ll work on a wide range of service offerings covering all the needs of multinationals, corporate and private clients. Beyond delivering exceptional legal work, this role offers the exciting opportunity to actively go out in the market — building and nurturing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
What You Bring
• University degree in Law (or conversion course)
• 8+ years of post-qualification working experience with extensive expertise in one or more of the following areas: Corporate and Commercial Law, M&A/Transactional legal work, Financial Services/Regulatory, Employment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Trusts and other private client work and succession planning, Shipping.
• Professional Qualification (a qualified Solicitor or Barrister of England & Wales) will be considered an advantage
• Completion of LPC will be considered an advantage
• LLM in relevant areas of law will be considered an advantage
• Demonstrated business development capability, including the ability to identify opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand clients' business objectives and provide pragmatic, solution-oriented support
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond the legal brief and contribute to the broader goals of the Practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication, with the presence and confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
• Experience leading and mentoring junior lawyers, with the ability to manage teams and oversee workflow to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
• Keen interest in technology and openness to leveraging legal tech solutions to drive efficiency and innovation will be considered an advantage
• High sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development and thought leadership
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems with attention to detail
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Greek
