Key Responsibilities

•
Manage end-to-end procurement activities across Facilities, IT, Marketing, and HR categories.

•
Handle vendor onboarding, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations.

•
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement deals.

•
Manage contract lifecycle, renewals, and compliance tracking.

•
Maintain and manage procurement-related master data accurately.

•
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery.

•
Analyze vendor performance, pricing, and procurement data to support business decisions.

•
Ensure adherence to procurement processes, policies, and documentation standards.

•
Work closely with finance and cross-functional teams for smooth procurement operations.

Requirements

• 2-8 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles.

• Experience in handling procurement for Facilities, IT, Marketing, or HR categories.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, contract management, and vendor management skills.

• Hands-on experience with Excel and Oracle.

• Prior experience in startups or fast-paced organizations is preferred.

• Engineering degree or MBA/Postgraduate qualification preferred.
