Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

Bei uns übernimmst du abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeiten mit direktem Impact:

· Beziehungspflege und Account Management: Eigenverantwortlicher Auf- und Ausbau von strategischen Partnerschaften mit Entscheider*innen (Geschäftsführungs-/Vorstandsebene) führender Industriekonzerne.

· Persönliche-Betreuung: Full Cycle Event Management, End-to-End-Organisationsbegleitung und erfolgreiche Durchführung von Wirtschaftsgipfeln, inklusive Akquise und Nachbereitung.

· Marktanalyse & Recherce: Proaktive Identifizierung von Markttrends und Lead-Generierung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit/Dekarbonisierung zur Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.

· Expertise-Entwicklung: Positionierung als interner Fachexperte für industrielle Dekarbonisierung durch Einbringen eigener Ideen und Wissensaustausch.

· Projektarbeit: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Akquise-Strategien in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management.

· Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1/C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sind Voraussetzung für die internationale Zusammenarbeit.

· Initiative & Eigenmotivation: Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und den Willen aus, Dinge aktiv voranzutreiben.

· Erfahrung (Optional): Erste Erfahrungen in Vertrieb, Consulting, Veranstaltungsmanagement oder Business Development sind von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
