Key Responsibilities

• Service Excellence

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, timely, and innovative solutions across all client engagements, maintaining WPP Media’s reputation for best-in-class service.

• Act as the senior escalation point for client issues, resolving challenges swiftly and always maintaining client satisfaction.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within your team, ensuring all client’s work meets or exceeds expectations.

• Lead the development of holistic communication strategies that leverage the full spectrum of WPP Media’s media, data, and technology capabilities.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless, integrated solutions that address complex client challenges.

• Drive innovation by challenging teams to go beyond the brief and deliver market-leading ideas and outcomes.

• Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

• Own and deliver on a minimum 15 to 20% year-on-year revenue growth target across your client portfolio.

• Identify, develop, and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities for WPP Media’s full suite of products and services, ensuring solutions are directly aligned with client needs and business goals.

• Proactively “farm” accounts by nurturing relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and expanding WPP Media’s footprint within each client organization.

• Partner with internal teams to build and present compelling business cases for new initiatives, extensions, and product offerings.

• Client Partnership & Thought Leadership

• Serve as the trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and positioning WPP Media as the go-to partner for all communication challenges.

• Ensure that the team develops and presents Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reviews, Communication plans, Innovation roadmaps, and strategic initiatives that create competitive advantage for clients

• Leadership & Team Development

• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of client leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and accountability.

• Set clear expectations and performance standards to your team, ensuring alignment with WPP Media’s values and business objectives.

• Champion diversity of thought and new ways of working to drive better outcomes for clients and the agency.

Key Success Metrics

• Achieve or exceed 15 to 20% year-over-year revenue growth across allocated accounts.

• Demonstrate consistent upsell and cross-sell of WPP Media products and services, with measurable impact on client business outcomes at least farming 2-5 initiatives per year from your client portfolio

• Maintain high client satisfaction scores and retention rates.

• Demonstrate your leadership by effectively coordinating the preparation and delivery of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Year-over-Year (YOY) review presentations. With the support of the team, you will ensure that all relevant data is accurately collated, and insights are clearly communicated/presented to the client. Direct and implement successful strategies, as evidenced by measurable results presented in the reviews. Additionally, you will proactively define and articulate the strategy for the upcoming year, ensuring alignment with client objectives and reinforcing their role as a strategic partner. Performance will be measured by the quality of presentations, the clarity of strategic direction, team collaboration, and client satisfaction with the proposed future strategies.

• Deliver integrated, innovative solutions recognized by clients as best-in-class at least 3 per year

• Build and sustain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

• Proactively “hunt” for new business in the market – at least 2-3 new biz opportunities per year
