Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional temporary Sr. Executive Business Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in providing temporary support while our team member is on maternity leave to support our Customer Success and Product and Engineering organizations in assisting with various activities in a fast growing organization. This person will serve as a resource for the Leadership teams of these groups in keeping their schedules aligned while simultaneously liaising with the teams to ensure that projects, meetings, and questions are being addressed. The ideal candidate will be responsive, positive, and willing to jump in and assist wherever needed.

You will also be responsible for:


Managing and acting as a gatekeeper for the CS and P&E executives including daily calendars - solving complex scheduling situations in an efficient and collaborative manner


Providing strategic executive support for the CS and P&E executives including travel arrangements, expense reports, documentation management, and other requests as needed


Executing meetings for the CS and P&E executives including location sourcing, agenda and content planning, taking meeting minutes, following up on action items, etc.


Communicating on behalf of the CS and P&E Executive Leadership team both internally and externally including customers and employees


Executing special projects by partnering with cross-functional teams and and EBP’s while managing deadline pressures and communicating proactive updates


Building and streamlining Administrative processes that impact the company globally


Determining levels of urgency of incoming issues and the appropriate course of action in collaboration with other EBP's and team


Building strong relationships with the CS and P&E Executive Leadership team and departments to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence within the organization

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills


Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant/Executive Business Partner, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start up environment


Experience using Google Suite and Mac a plus


Knowledge of software and tools such as Coupa, Navan, and Smartsheet a plus


BA/BS degree or equivalent experience


Experience working with Customer Success and Product teams a plus

For California applicants, the hourly base pay for this role may range between $60 - $80 per hour.
