Senior Executive - Billing Analyst

ProArch is seeking an experienced Senior Executive - Billing Analyst to manage end to end billing for global customers across multiple regions (US and APAC) and will be a Remote opportunity. The role involves accurate invoice preparation, contract validation, milestone tracking, currency handling, and coordination with Project Managers and cross functional teams. The candidate must ensure timely, compliant, and error free billing across different countries and time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices based on SOWs, Fixed Cost (FC), Time & Material (T&M), and Milestone-based billing.
• Handle multi-country and multi-currency billing.
• Ensure invoices meet country-specific requirements (tax, PO, format, legal terms).
• Maintain up to date SOWs, POs, Change Requests, and contract amendments.
• Validate contract terms and ensure billing compliance for different regions.
• Support global audits with complete and accurate documentation.
• Prepare unbilled revenue reports and monthly billing reconciliations.
• Coordinate with teams globally for collections, dispute resolution, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records for revenue recognition and compliance needs.
• Work closely with Project Managers across time zones for milestone and billing approvals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Delivery, Sales, and Legal teams globally.
• Communicate professionally with international clients for clarifications and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GST/TDS (India), US Tax - region specific regulations.
• Adhere to internal controls, billing policies, and SOX requirements.
• Suggest and implement improvements in the global billing process.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in billing, preferably with global exposure.
• Strong understanding of project-based billing: FC, T&M, Retainers, Milestones.
• Experience in multi-currency billing and global tax considerations.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, reporting).
• Experience with ERP systems (Add on experience on Autotask, NetSuite and QuickBooks is good).
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and teams across countries.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
