Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Executive on 12 month fixed term role to join our Global Operations – Audience & CES (Cost Estimation Services) team. This is an internally facing role that plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, speed and efficiency of cost estimation and feasibility support across a wide range of research methodologies, from quantitative to qualitative.

 

You’ll work closely with global delivery teams and internal client service teams, owning and responding to high‑volume RFQs and supporting the successful delivery of client proposals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Team Support

Respond quickly and accurately to RFQs, often within same‑day timelines.

Provide costing, feasibility and delivery guidance for client proposals.

Advise on feasibility, timelines and costs using direct access panels, internal panels and third‑party vendors.

Take full ownership of the RFQ inbox, prioritising and managing multiple stakeholder requests effectively.

Vendor & Cost Management

Monitor and manage project costs pre‑, during and post‑fieldwork.

Liaise with external suppliers to deliver best‑value costing solutions.

Maintain up‑to‑date cost collateral including supplier credentials and rate cards.

Support supplier review meetings and build strong knowledge of methodologies, markets and vendor capabilities.

Process Improvement

Analyse and optimise costing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

About You:

You’re an organised, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment. You’re comfortable managing multiple requests and stakeholders and are keen to build your skills while contributing to the success of the wider team.

You’ll bring:

Experience with feasibility assessment tools and DIY analysis platforms.

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Google Sheets expertise is essential.

Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently on complex requests while collaborating closely with others.

Confidence to ask questions, make suggestions and work with stakeholders at all levels.

A proactive, can‑do attitude and genuine interest in market research methodologies.

Power BI knowledge is desirable but not essential.

 

With the majority of the team based in the UK, excellent command of English, both written and verbal and working UK hours is essential.
