About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Senior Executive Assistant to manage administrative operations and support high-level projects. This role is critical for ensuring initiatives move from concept to completion smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendar, email correspondence, and general administrative tasks
• Convert ideas and concepts into actionable plans, checklists, and timelines
• Take ownership of projects from ideation to execution
• Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding checklists and documentation systems
• Handle follow-ups and ensure continuity on ongoing initiatives
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multifaceted business environment
• Support scaling operations by identifying when additional resources or processes are needed
• Ensure smooth handoffs and continuity across tasks and projects
Required Qualifications
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar operational role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative without constant direction
• Detail-oriented with ability to create systems, processes, and checklists
• Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
