Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Store

Kazi & Kazi Tea Estate (KKTE) is the first internationally certified organic tea started its journey in 2000 & entered local market in 2006. The garden is located at very northern region- Panchagarh and the packaging & sales unit is located at Ramchandrapur, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Store is responsible for overseeing inventory management, store operations and distribution processes to ensure smooth, efficient and timely delivery of goods. This role involves coordinating with other departments, maintaining accurate records, managing inventory levels and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing holding costs.

- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

- Manage reordering processes based on demand forecasting and replenishment cycles.

- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, returns and damages.

2. Store Operations:

- Oversee daily store activities, including receiving, storing, picking and dispatching of goods.

- Ensure that goods are properly labeled, sorted and stored in designated area.

- Optimize space utilization and store layout for maximum efficiency.

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain cleanliness, order and safety within the facility.

- Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure

- To prepare MRR, delivery challan and gate pass as and when is necessary

3. Activation Management:

- Coordinate activation schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods to the right locations.

- Work closely with logistics providers, transporters and distribution channels to manage shipments.

-Track delivery and address any issues with delivery schedules or product damages.

- Implement measures to improve delivery efficiency and reduce transportation and damage costs.

4. Quality and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure all store and delivery activities comply with company policies, safety protocols and industry standards.

- Regularly inspect the facility for compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Implement and oversee proper handling procedures to prevent product damage or loss.

- Check incoming materials for quality and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, goods received and dispatched and inventory adjustments.

- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on inventory and delivery activities for management review.

- Handle different internal and external audits as and when is necessary.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in logistics, supply chain management and make recommendations for improvements based on best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, brand and production along with supplier, vendors to align storage and delivery processes with overall business objectives.

- Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.

Experience Requirements:

- Proven working experience as Assistant Manager, Store at least 03 years

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store Inventory and Control, Store Management

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tea Packaging/Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

Educational Requirements:

- Graduation in any discipline from UGC approve institute. Business Studies / Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management preferred

Additional Requirements:

- Highly experienced candidates will be given to preference.

- Good inter-personal skills and Basic arithmetic skill.

- Proficiency in MS-Office.

- Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
