Position Summary
The Senior Event Services Executive plays a key role in driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional event experiences. This hybrid role leads the full client engagement process, combining proactive business development, consultative sales, and hands-on event leadership. Acting as a strategic partner to clients and a bridge between sales and operations, this role ensures events are both commercially successful and executed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Growth:
Proactively build and manage a pipeline of new business through networking, outbound prospecting, relationship development, and strategic outreach rather than relying solely on inbound inquiries.
Develop long-term partnerships with venues, planners, caterers, corporate clients, and private hosts while building strong relationships within the local event community.
Identify opportunities to enhance events through thoughtful upselling of décor, tenting, and layout solutions.
Maintain organized CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
Contribute to revenue growth while maintaining strong pricing discipline, margin awareness, and overall profitability.
Consultative Sales & Event Strategy:
Lead meaningful discovery conversations to understand client vision, budget, and event objectives.
Provide tailored rental and décor recommendations aligned with event goals.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and revisions with professionalism and responsiveness.
Take ownership of projects from initial inquiry through execution, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout.
Event Design & Spatial Awareness
Apply foundational design knowledge including tablescapes, linen pairings, room flow, and overall event aesthetics.
Interpret floor plans and visualize finished event spaces.
Collaborate with clients and operations to ensure both creative and practical success.
On-site Execution & Leadership:
Serve as the primary client contact during installation and event day execution.
Lead small crews onsite and manage timelines with confidence and clarity.
Be hands-on when required, including setting tables, placing linens, adjusting décor, and supporting installations.
Resolve inventory, venue, and timing challenges with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset.
Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
Professional Standards & Performance:
Manage multiple events simultaneously with strong organizational discipline.
Maintain high responsiveness to client inquiries, revisions, and event updates.
Communicate directly and professionally with clients and internal teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in event services, rentals, hospitality, venue coordination, or event sales.
This role requires a willingness to work in a physically active environment, including assisting with event setup, moving rental equipment, and working evenings or weekends when events require it.
Strong consultative selling ability and commercial awareness.
Experience reading floor plans and supporting event design decisions.
Comfortable leading onsite teams and participating in physical event setup when required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency with with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
