We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development and Big Data technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance data pipelines.

In this role, you will work on extracting, transforming, and loading large volumes of structured and unstructured data to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. The candidate should have strong expertise in data integration, data processing frameworks, and performance optimization within enterprise data environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing
• Extract data from multiple sources and transform it into usable formats
• Build and optimize data workflows using Big Data technologies
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across systems
• Develop batch and real-time data processing solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and data pipelines

Requirements:
• Over 6+ years of extensive experience working with Big Data platforms such as Informatica BDM and Cloudera Data Platform, delivering scalable data solutions for advanced analytics and enterprise reporting.
• Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase, Kudu, and HBase.
• Hands-on experience in data ingestion using ETL tools like Informatica BDM, along with modern Big Data technologies such as Cloudera Data Engineering and NiFi (optional).
• Solid experience working with core components of the Hadoop Ecosystem, including HDFS, Hive, Impala, Sqoop, Spark, and YARN.
• Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Python, PySpark, and Shell Scripting.
• Experienced in preparing ETL design documentation and developing as well as testing ETL jobs.
• Skilled in building and packaging deployment-ready ETL workflows.
• Expertise in documenting ETL codebase for deployment, including FSD, IA, and IS documentation.
• Responsible for reviewing and approving unit test results.
• Experienced in supporting UAT processes, including acceptance validation and closure activities.
