In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

• Own programme‑level financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reviews, payments and value‑for‑money oversight.
• Develop and deliver clear communications on programme impact and learning, contributing to internal updates, external reporting and senior briefings.
• Oversee programme data collection, quality assurance and analysis to inform decision‑making, impact measurement and programme evolution.
• Support cross‑business coordination, including input into corporate reporting, grievance investigations and alignment across internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Get

The work you do shapes the impact we have. We’re focused on providing you with the culture to reach your potential. Your wellbeing is our top priority.:

• Significant experience managing large, complex programmes, with strong project management skills including planning, governance, partner and contract management.

• Calm, resilient and proactive decision‑maker with experience navigating ambiguity; desirably with knowledge of sustainability, global supply chains, South Asia, ESG reporting or working with Non-Governmental Organisations/social enterprises.
