Job Description:

Experience completing prequalification packages for vendors/suppliers.

Ability to build a job from beginning to end.

Ability to create a work plan for a job.

Experience printing plans and specs and creating estimate notebooks.

Experience maintaining project lists and vendor databases.

Experience in obtaining subcontractor and vendor quotes.

Experience completing take-offs.

Ability to create schedules and estimates as needed.

Ability to write/create proposal documents as needed.

Ability to attend site visits and pre-bid meetings.

Ability to use Auto CAD (preferred).

Experience using HeavyBid.

Experience using PlanSwift (preferred).

Experience using AGTEK (preferred).

Experience using P6 (preferred).

Qualifications

College degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

5 years construction field experience (preferred).

Excellent written and oral communication.

Requirements:

Must have valid driver's license

Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.

Subject to a background screening process
