Ihre Aufgaben:
• Durchführung von Workshops zur Anforderungsanalyse, Prozessberatung und Anwenderschulung bei nationalen und internationalen Kunden
• Analyse und Optimierung betriebswirtschaftlicher Geschäftsprozesse (Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik, Materialwirtschaft, Vertrieb, Controlling)
• Projektmanagement und Begleitung des gesamten Implementierungsprozesses vom Kick-Off bis zum Go-Live
• Erstellung von Feinspezifikationen, Durchführung von Gap-Analysen und Definition funktionaler Anforderungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung und Vertrieb, u. a. bei Kundenpräsentationen und Messen
• Test neuer Software-Releases sowie fachliche Unterstützung der Key-User

Hinweis: Die Position umfasst keine
Softwareentwicklung, technische IT‑Administration oder Systembetreuung.

Ihr Profil:
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als ERP-Consultant oder Business System Analyst – idealerweise bei einem ERP-Anbieter oder in einem Anwenderunternehmen
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
• Methodisches, selbstständiges und qualitätsorientiertes Arbeiten
• Hohe Loyalität und Verlässlichkeit: Sie suchen eine langfristige Perspektive
• Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 25–30 %)
