JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior EPM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Pigment enhancements and incident management, along with experience in another Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform such as Anaplan or TM1.
This role requires a highly competent professional who can independently build and troubleshoot solutions in Pigment while effectively managing stakeholders and supporting ongoing system improvements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, build, and enhance models within Pigment
Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, performance issues, and data discrepancies
Support ongoing platform improvements and optimization initiatives
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions
Work across another EPM tool (Anaplan or TM1) to support utilization and cross-platform initiatives
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to deliver planning and reporting solutions
Provide guidance and best practices on EPM design and governance
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong hands-on experience with Pigment model building and enhancements
Experience handling incidents and production support within EPM environments
Working knowledge of Anaplan or IBM TM1 (Planning Analytics)
Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
Ability to independently manage deliverables in a senior capacity
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
