Senior Epicor Kinetic Consultant

Remote | $88,000–$100,000 Starting Base | Epicor Certified Service Partner

We’re a boutique Epicor consulting firm, five years strong, growing fast, and officially an Epicor Certified Service Partner. We specialize in Quote‑to‑Cash, manufacturing optimization, and ERP that actually works on the shop floor (not just in a slide deck).

Now we’re hiring a Senior Epicor Kinetic Consultant who can confidently lead clients, run implementations, and represent our firm with integrity and expertise.

This is not a junior role.
This is for someone who can own projects end‑to‑end.

What You’ll Do

You will:

Lead full-cycle Epicor Kinetic implementations (SaaS & On-Prem)

Run and execute upgrades

Own Quote-to-Cash process design

Facilitate discovery with executives, operations, finance, and shop-floor teams

Design and deploy:

BPMs

BAQs

Dashboards

SSRS reports

Guide clients on manufacturing best practices

Translate real-world production needs into system configuration

Manage multiple client engagements independently

You won’t just configure software; you’ll help manufacturers run better businesses.

Who You Are

You’re more than technical, you understand manufacturing.

You have experience:

Working in or closely with manufacturing environments

Leading Epicor Kinetic implementations end-to-end

Navigating both SaaS and On-Prem

Managing upgrades without breaking everything

Communicating seamlessly with executives and shop-floor teams

You’re comfortable presenting best practices to clients while valuing what makes them unique.

ERP should serve operations, not the other way around

Required Experience

8+ years Epicor experience

Deep Epicor Kinetic expertise (SaaS & On-Prem)

Led full implementations and upgrades

Strong in:

Communication

Quote-to-Cash

BPMs

BAQs

SSRS

Application Studio

10+ years manufacturing process knowledge (discrete preferred)

Nice to Have

Strong finance and job costing knowledge
