About the Role

Bold Business is hiring on behalf of a US-based Commercial Interiors Furniture Dealer representing leading global brands including Steelcase, Haworth, and MillerKnoll.

We’re seeking a highly skilled Environmental & Experiential Designer who can bring commercial interiors to life through a blend of graphic design, spatial design, and technical execution. This role goes beyond traditional design—you’ll help shape how people experience branded environments, workplaces, and physical spaces.

You’ll work on real-world, high-impact projects that require both creative vision and production-level accuracy, supporting the design and delivery of innovative workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop environmental graphics, signage systems, and experiential elements for commercial interiors

• Translate concepts into compelling 3D models and visual presentations

• Produce detailed, production-ready design files and documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and project partners to bring concepts to execution

• Support the integration of furniture, branding, and spatial design elements within commercial environments

• Ensure all designs align with brand standards, client expectations, and real-world build constraints

• Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, remote work environment

• Contribute to creative ideation while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Proven experience in environmental graphic design, experiential design, or commercial interiors

• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and spatial design work (signage, branded environments, workplace interiors, etc.)

Technical Skills (All Required):

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Revit (for design documentation and coordination)

• SketchUp (for 3D modeling and visualization)

• Strong understanding of how designs translate into physical, buildable environments

• Experience working on commercial interior or workplace-related projects

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
