Senior Engineering Professional

Hire Resolve is partnering with established and growing organisations across Singapore to recruit experienced mid-senior to senior-level engineering professionals. These opportunities are suitable for engineers with strong technical expertise, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to operate within regulated, high-performance environments.

The role is designed to encapsulate multiple engineering disciplines and may suit professionals with backgrounds in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Process, Manufacturing, or Project Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept, design, and development through to implementation and handover
• Apply advanced engineering principles to resolve complex technical and operational challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, operations, procurement, and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and workplace safety requirements
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities where required

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline)

7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience, depending on discipline and role scope

Proven experience working on complex engineering projects within industrial, manufacturing, construction, energy, infrastructure, or technology environments

Strong technical knowledge within your engineering specialisation

Familiarity with Singapore codes, standards, and regulatory requirements

Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

Professional Engineer (PE) registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore or eligibility to obtain registration is preferred (role-dependent)
