Senior Engineering Professional

Hire Resolve is partnering with leading organisations across the Saudi Arabia to recruit experienced mid-senior to senior-level engineering professionals. These roles are well suited to engineers with strong technical expertise, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to operate within large-scale, regulated, and fast-paced environments.

This opportunity is designed to encapsulate multiple engineering disciplines and may suit professionals with backgrounds in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Process, Manufacturing, or Project Engineering, particularly within construction, infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, utilities, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept and design through to execution and commissioning
• Apply advanced engineering principles to resolve complex technical, operational, and project-related challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, international codes, and health, safety, and environmental requirements
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and project performance
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline)
• 7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience, depending on discipline and project scope
• Proven experience working on complex engineering projects within construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial, or oil & gas environments
• Strong technical expertise within your engineering discipline
• Familiarity with Saudi standards, international codes, and industry regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and within multicultural, cross-functional teams
• Professional Engineer registration or equivalent certification is advantageous (role-dependent)
• Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools
