Role: Senior Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering large-scale, complex technical projects in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and success, the individual will manage diverse stakeholders and drive project execution using agile methodologies.

Desired Experience:

• 10-15 Years years of experience in technology leadership roles.

• Deep understanding of Core Java, J2EE, JDBC, Java 8, Hibernate, Spring, and SQL.

• Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Ext.Js, Elastic search, and Cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Knowledge of Cloud, DevOps, Design patterns, Jenkins, GIT, Grafana, ELK, and JUNIT.

• Experience architecting and deploying scalable web applications.

• Proficiency in SCRUM/Agile processes, project tracking, monitoring, and risk management.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodology.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Work with a small team, collaborate, and stay committed to the mission.

• Have a founder's mindset in solving problems. This means what finally matters is that the developers who use the product are successful, which helps the company win. Ready to do what it takes to succeed.

• Strong sense of ownership. Think end-to-end and care about how the feature or product is delivered to the end user. Don’t stop at just product development.
