Your mission
As Senior Dev Lead for Identity, you own and evolve Sdui’s Group Identity & Access Management platform, built on Keycloak and used by millions of users across Europe. You combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, ensuring secure, scalable authentication and authorization across all Sdui products. Your work enables schools, teachers, parents, and students to access our ecosystem reliably and safely - every single day.
What you’ll do
Lead the Identity team within Domain Engineering (3–5 engineers) with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and growth
Own the technical roadmap and architecture of the Group IAM platform (Keycloak-based, 5–10M users)
Design, build, and maintain APIs, authentication flows, and authorization models at scale
Drive the migration of legacy identity systems into a unified, multi-tenant platform
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to enable seamless integration across products
Stay hands-on: write production code, review pull requests, and make pragmatic technical decisions
Mentor engineers, foster knowledge sharing, and continuously raise engineering standards
Ship value consistently, balancing robust architecture with practical delivery
What you’ll bring
Extensive professional experience in software engineering (ideally 10+ years)
Deep hands-on experience with identity platforms such as Keycloak, Auth0, Okta, or Azure AD B2C
Strong background in API Gateway concepts and REST API design
Solid production experience with microservices architectures
Proficiency in PHP and at least one of the following: .NET 8 or Node.js
Experience leading a small engineering team (around 3–5 people)
Strong understanding of identity and access standards (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM)
Experience with high-scale, multi-tenant systems and security-critical domains
Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
Experience working in distributed, cross-functional teams
Fluent English communication skills;
is a plus
Curiosity, ownership mindset, and a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems
Bonus: contributions to open source or experience in EdTech or B2B SaaS environments
