Senior Engineering Delivery Manager

As a Project Manager, you’ll work hands-on with the latest technologies and collaborate closely with experts from Romania and France.

Required competencies/experience:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and orchestrating project activities, ideally in complex technical and multinational environments
• Technical background and strong understanding of modern, cloud-based software products and/or space technologies, enabling productive collaboration with engineering and delivery teams
• In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and tools applied to costing, risk analysis, scheduling, work organization (e.g., Jira, Atlassian) and monitoring technical and financial progress and variances
• Proven ability in setting agreements, drafting contracts, and managing partners and subcontractors
• As a key interface with customers and stakeholders, you have a deep understanding of business drivers and are focused on customer satisfaction and value creation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Delivery and results-oriented, able to work with limited supervision and committed to meeting deadlines
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure under business pressure

Nice to have:

• SAFe experience
• PM/SM certification
• Experience with digital transformation projects or working in start-up/scale-up environments
