About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for the development of blockchain application layer business services (including web3 wallet, staking and defi protocol design, etc.)

• System Performance optimization, technical research and development to ensure high availability, high reliability and high performance requirements;

• The architecture capability has the ability to discover service optimization points and improve engineering production efficiency.

• Familiar with business and product requirements, complete functional design, architecture design optimization, and R & D work.

What We Look For In You:

• Solid Java language programming experience and Java foundation, understanding of io, multi-threading, collection and other basic knowledge, have a certain understanding of JVM principles

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering or related majors.

• Proficient in mainstream development frameworks such as SpringBoot and Mybatis

• Have a deep understanding of mainstream databases such as MySql, Redis, ES, Hbase, Kafka, or Middleware.

• Have a strong interest in technology, broad vision, enjoy studying, have ambition, and have good learning ability.

• Have experience in developing blockchain platform products, familiar with Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc., or understand one or more mainstream DeFi projects such as MakerDao, uniswap, compound, synthetix, etc.

• Has a high sensitivity to the blockchain industry, can keep up with industry hotspots, lead the team to chase blockchain industry hotspots, and promote the landing of new products

Nice to Have

• Candidates with experience in high-concurrency, high-availability, and high-performance project development are preferred.

• Have a certain understanding of blockchain, knowledge of one of BTC, ETH, Cosmos, Dot is preferred, or knowledge of one or more mainstream DeFi projects: MakerDao, uniswap, compound, synthetix, etc

• Lively personality, good at communication, those with project management experience are preferred.

• Master C++, Go, TS any one language and above.
