• Assist project delivery in sustainability engineering such as green building assessment and certification (LEED, WELL, SITES, etc.), sustainable design and planning, energy studies, and carbon management etc.;
• Carry out building performance modeling and analysis such as energy, AVA, daylight, solar, ventilation, thermal comfort etc.;
• Prepare technical reports, presentations and other project deliverables;
• Project team coordination and project meeting attendance;
• Assist with project bidding and business development activities;
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Bay Area and Hong Kong

• Degree in Built Environment / Energy Engineering /Environmental Engineering /Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering;
• Knowledge of carbon management, carbon audit and ESG is preferred;
• LEED AP / WELL AP with 5 years working experiences;
• 5-year relevant experience with sustainable design modeling software is preferred (eQuest, IES, Ecotect, Fluent, DiaLux, etc);
• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English is necessary; and proficient in Cantonese;
• Self-motivated and hardworking;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer.
