We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer-Structures to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee structural engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Develop and review structural designs for various construction projects
• Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced software tools
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Create detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide expert recommendations
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the structural engineering team
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraints
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovative structural solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
• Hands on experience in ETABS & SAFE
• 6-12 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on project engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
• Extensive knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, and construction techniques
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and 3D modeling tools
• Strong understanding of CAD standards and experience with 3D working environments
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development
