Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions that transform complex datasets into actionable insights aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.

• Lead business and stakeholder discussions to translate business challenges into robust technical and analytical solutions.

• Design and implement business KPI frameworks and metrics hierarchies that enable consistent performance tracking and informed decision-making.

• Generate deep business insights that go beyond reporting to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities for growth, efficiency, and performance improvement.

• Design, develop, and optimize business dashboards, queries, data models, and semantic layers to ensure performance, scalability, and usability.

• Contribute to and guide the development of modern data architectures that support scalable analytics and evolving business needs.

• Drive data-driven decision-making by aligning analytics outputs with business strategy and operational priorities.

• Establish and maintain best practices, documentation standards, SOPs, and governance frameworks for analytics and reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, and business teams, mentor team members, and manage multiple engagements to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Experience and Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Platforms.

• Proven experience leading analytics programs, data platforms, or enterprise BI initiatives.

• Deep expertise in data modeling, semantic layers, and scalable analytics architecture.

• Strong experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to drive data strategy, analytics adoption, and business impact.

• Experience mentoring teams and managing multiple delivery streams simultaneously.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.

• Exposure to domains such as BFSI, CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Marketing is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills in dynamic environments.

• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience designing Gold layers and Semantic layers within modern data architectures.

• Familiarity with AI-driven conversational chatbots and intelligent reporting assistants.

• Exposure to AI-powered control towers and advanced monitoring solutions.
