We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Electromagnetic Development Engineer to support the development of our systems across magnetic and RF domains. In this role, you will combine simulation, lab validation, and engineering feedback to improve product performance from prototype to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify electromagnetic issues early, validate concepts in the lab, and translate findings into practical design improvements.

What will you do:
• Develop and run electromagnetic simulations for magnetic and RF systems in industrial machines
• Analyze and optimize components and system behavior, including coils, shielding, antennas, cabling, and subsystem interactions
• Investigate electromagnetic effects on machines and assemblies during integration, testing, and operation
• Identify and mitigate EMI/EMC, coupling, and interference issues across electrical and mechanical interfaces
• Translate findings into concrete design improvements and provide feedback to electrical, mechanical, and system engineering
• Support product development from design through integration, validation, and certification readiness

What is expected of you:
• Strong background in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field
• Several years of hands-on experience in electromagnetic simulation and development in an industrial environment
• Good understanding of electromagnetic theory and simulation methods such as FEM, FDTD, or MoM
• Experience with common electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g. CST, HFSS, COMSOL, or comparable)
• Practical experience with measurement, testing, and validation of electromagnetic behavior on real systems
• Familiarity with EMI/EMC requirements and development processes related to CE and ideally SEMI-relevant compliance
• Ability to derive pragmatic engineering solutions and work effectively across disciplines
