We are growing our Electrical presence in our Building Engineering team, based in Perth. We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineering with strong electrical design experience in a variety of buildings. 

How you’ll make a difference:

• Be influential in the preparation of technical electrical design documentation on building services projects across a variety of industries and market sectors, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective project delivery.
• Work closely with a team of experienced, multidisciplinary engineers on major projects, contributing to project planning, design delivery, and mentoring junior engineers within the business.
• Contribute to projects across the broader team by providing specialised technical advice, applying your knowledge and experience of Australian Standards and reviewing design calculations, specifications and drawings.
• Lead electrical components of major projects across sectors including health, aviation, defence, education, commercial and transport, delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across our expansive multi-disciplinary engineering team to provide high-level technical advice on community-defining projects, with exposure to client-facing roles supported by a Principal Engineer.

The qualities that help you thrive

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree with, ideally 4+ years of experience in Building Services projects. 
• Relevant registration or qualification (RPEQ/RPEV, CPEng) or working towards.
• Experience across buildings projects with prior experience in aviation, healthcare, defence, data-centre or transport buildings highlight regarded. 
• Experience working in electrical services design including lighting, general and specialist power, earthing/lightning protection and power distribution and reticulation.
• Proficiency in industry standard software including: ETAP, PowerCAD, Revit, MS Office, AGI32.

Due to the nature of the projects, Australian Citizenship (with the ability to obtain defence clearance) is highly regarded.
