Saalex is seeking a Senior Electrical/Electronic Engineering Tech, SME in Ridgecrest, CA. Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100k-$145k (depending on experience)
Work Location: Fully onsite.
Essential Functions:
Candidate will be required to support the Small Weapon UAS team in managing events. This support includes risk identification and management, safety, communications, mission/event planning, and organization.
Requirements:
Required:
• Candidate must have experience with risk mitigation, safety, and proven organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications are required. Experience leading technical teams is also required.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant technical experience.
Education:
High School / GED required. Degree preferred but not required. Any relevant certifications are also desired.
Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
