Senior Electrical Design Egineer

We're seeking a Senior Electrical Schematic Designer with advanced DriveWorks and SolidWorks Electrical expertise to design and integrate complex electrical solutions for modular units. 

 

Essential Functions

• Create detailed 2D electrical schematics within SolidWorks Electrical

• Develop 3D electrical cabinet layouts and wire harness routing within SolidWorks Electrical 3D 

• Use DriveWorks configurations to automate and generate electrical schematic designs and documentation 

• Ensure optimal integration of electrical components into compact modular structures

• Produce and manage all necessary project documentation, such as Bills of Materials (BOMs), wire lists, connection reports, and assembly instructions

• Work closely with production teams to resolve design discrepancies, optimize electrical layouts, and support the assembly and commissioning phases

• Understand and incorporate design corrections or adjustments following reviews, and contribute to maintaining and developing the Solid Works Electrical component libraries.

 

• Graduation from a Technical University or equivalent experience and training 

• Advanced and demonstrable expertise in DriveWorks and SolidWorks Electrical (2D Schematic and 3D). 

• Prior experience in projects for industrial automation, control systems, electrical cabinets, modular equipment, etc. is a significant advantage

• Ability to understand fundamental electrical principles, control schematics, and power systems.

• Ability to communicate effectively with the coordinator

• Good conversational English is required  

• Good communication skills
