We are seeking an experienced Senior Education Developer to join our team to design, develop, and maintain high-impact educational materials and courses, including tutorial videos and multimedia content. This role will also contribute to technical documentation: you will help ensure our product documentation is accurate, accessible, and enhances the overall learner and user experience. The ideal candidate combines expertise in instructional design, technical writing, and collaboration, with hands-on experience applying Python and AI technologies to enhance team workflows and improve operational efficiency across education and documentation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Course & Content Development:• Independently design and develop advanced educational content and curricula for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience using Python to automate or enhance content creation, documentation, or business processes.
• Manage updates across various learning materials, aligning them with product releases and technology changes.

• Instructional Writing & Quality Assurance:• Create and edit technical educational content with minimal oversight.
• Use style guides and instructional best-practices across all materials.
• Drive and maintain curriculum quality benchmarks.

• Technical Documentation:• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to draft, update, and review product documentation
• Edit and proofread existing documentation for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
• Organize documentation and content for easy retrieval and navigation (using established tools and templates).
• Solicit and incorporate feedback from teams and users to improve end-user documentation.

• Technical Platform & Automation Expertise:• Apply knowledge of Python and AI tools to automate documentation and education workflows, streamline processes, and boost productivity.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI-powered solutions (such as content generation, analytics, or automated QA) across projects.
• Mentor team members on automation and multimedia best practices.

• Collaboration:• Collaborate across internal teams for curriculum and documentation projects.
• Co-design solutions and promote cross-team alignment.
• Identify process improvements for education, documentation, and multimedia workflows.

• Project Management:• Manage timelines and deliverables for documentation and curriculum projects.
• Track deadlines for product and learning material launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience authoring technical documentation (e.g., user guides, API docs, product manuals) and/or developing educational courses, modules, or curricula
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience using Python to automate or enhance content creation, documentation, or business processes
• Experience creating, scripting, producing, and editing tutorial or instructional videos
• Advanced writing skills: ability to communicate complex technical information clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with documentation/content management systems and basic multimedia production tools
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Attention to quality, clarity, and process improvement
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced product environments and iterate quickly
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Business, Education, or related field favored

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with the Strategy platform, particularly in the Administrator role, including managing user permissions, configuring workflows, maintaining platform settings, and supporting operational processes
• Experience with advanced e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong familiarity with documentation publishing workflows and analytics in SaaS or software environments
• Exposure to AI or machine learning pipelines for content or workflow automation
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for documentation and multimedia source files
• Experience designing certification exams or assessment materials
