The Senior eCommerce Manager leads all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies. If you are great at nurturing partner relationships, developing and executing business plans, leading a team of ecommerce professionals, and increasing operational efficiencies, we want you to apply! These efforts extend across a variety of selling platforms including Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, and others. This is a full time role based in Shenzhen or Shanghai.

• Supporting China-based brands for our East to West model

• Nurture of a portfolio of 4-6 partner brands

• Lead the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies

What is the team like?

• You will work with other Senior Ecommerce Managers and be supervised by the Director of Ecommerce. You will also be mentored by the VP of Ecommerce and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and your brand partner executives to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
