JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Functional Consultant will work closely with business users to analyze requirements, design solutions, and configure the Dynamics 365 CE on-premises platform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze and document business requirements

Configure and customize D365 CE modules

Conduct functional testing and user training

Provide support and enhancements post-go-live

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

5–8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE

Expertise in workflows, business process flows, and custom entities

Experience with on-premises environments

Strong client-facing and documentation skills

SOFT SKILLS:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
