Snowflake is looking to add a District Manager to join our US Federal Civilian Agencies team to lead a sales team for the Public Sector Division, ensuring we continue to develop solid business relationships with new and existing customers.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing and diverse team of account executives within the Federal Civilian market.

- Lead and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the sales territory, leveraging domain expertise to drive growth and adoption.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

- Deliver accurate and timely sales activity reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Consistently exceed sales targets and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results.

- Leverage domain expertise to identify and address unique challenges within the Federal Civilian landscape, tailoring solutions for maximum impact.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- 15+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams within the Federal Civilian market.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts.

- Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.

This role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's commission plan and it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of $$340,000 - $446,250. The estimated base salary for this role is $170,000 - $223,125

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s equity plan. The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
