Senior Director, Product Management (m/w/d)

Why we need you:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product Management to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Maltego’s All-in-One Investigative Platform. In this role, you will lead and further evolve the product organization, driving product strategy while ensuring rigorous execution of the roadmap across critical platform areas.

You will grow and mentor high-performing product teams, foster a culture of strong product thinking, and partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market leaders. Your leadership will directly influence the development and delivery of cutting-edge, AI-powered capabilities that empower investigators and organizations worldwide to analyze complex data, uncover hidden connections, and act decisively on intelligence.
This is a highly visible leadership position for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people leadership, and meaningful product impact, and who is motivated by building products that contribute to a better world.

What to expect:
•    Develop and own the product strategy, and roadmap for Maltego’s Investigative platform.
•    Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
•    Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market execution.
•    Engage directly with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather requirements and identify emerging trends in investigations and link analysis.
•    Define and monitor product success metrics, using data and feedback to guide continuous improvement.
•    Champion a user-centered approach, ensuring Maltego’s apps deliver exceptional value, usability, and impact.

Your profile in short:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
•    10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years leading teams and portfolios in SaaS, security, analytics, or investigative technology.
•    Proven success in building and scaling software products for enterprise or public sector customers.
•    Strong understanding of investigative workflows, link analysis, and data visualization is highly desirable.
•    Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
