• Partner with cross-cloud Product teams to identify synergies, optimize investments, and deliver cohesive customer experiences
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Architecture to define, build, and deliver scalable, high-quality products and features
• Engage with customers, partners, analysts, and field teams (pre-sales, solution engineering) to deeply understand use cases and shape future innovation
• Translate market insights and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and business cases
• Act as a product evangelist - representing Salesforce at customer engagements, industry forums, and internal/external events to drive adoption and thought leadership
• Influence executive stakeholders through data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and strong storytelling
Required Skills & Experience
• 18+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise products
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architectures and scalable system design
• Proven product management expertise, including defining vision, prioritization, and delivering successful product outcomes
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, and other partners to translate strategy into execution (epics, user stories, delivery)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to customer value and business impact
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across stakeholders
• AI-first mindset with a focus on building next-generation, intelligent and agent-driven enterprise products
