We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Director, Marketing to lead our marketing function and help shape how we tell our story, position our products and grow our presence in the market. This is a senior management role for someone who brings both strategic vision and practical execution and who thrives in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for translating corporate objectives into a cohesive marketing strategy and overseeing its execution across the full spectrum of marketing activities. You’ll work closely with our Products and Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities and customer needs, while leading a high‑performing, experienced marketing team.
You will:
Oversee all aspects of the marketing function including overall strategy and prioritization, brand and lead generation campaigns, sponsorships, events, public and analyst relations, product marketing, and brand governance
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and drive demand
Lead digital marketing strategy with a focus on cutting-edge techniques, including AEO, AI-enabled content marketing and digital advertising
Drive product marketing efforts to clearly communicate the benefits of Nureva’s unique technology platform, functionality and value proposition
Manage and allocate the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment across all channels
Ensure alignment and collaboration with global distributors to implement marketing strategies in local/regional markets
Continuously analyze and refine marketing activities based on performance metrics to optimize results
Work collaboratively across the organization with Products and Sales on go-to-market strategy and execution
Direct and manage engagement with third-party agencies to support efficient achievement of marketing goals
You have:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, a technical discipline, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility in a B2B environment (technology company experience preferred)
Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong business acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into execution
Deep understanding of modern digital marketing strategies, platforms and analytics, with a track record of using data to drive decisions and results
Experience leading demand generation and awareness initiatives that measurably contribute to pipeline growth
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate effectively across teams and with global channel organizations
Strong planning, prioritization and decision‑making skills in a fast‑moving environment
Comfort operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels
Experience with Hubspot and Asana
Willingness and ability to travel
