We are recruiting a Senior Director of Growth Consulting to work with clients in North America as a strategic partner. The core focus of this role is to understand client businesses, identify their growth drivers and barriers, and create opportunities for WPP by showing how WPP Open’s capabilities can accelerate client growth.

This position requires a mix of industry vertical expertise and broad experience across marketing disciplines, including Media, Creative, Production, and Experience. The role will also support our direct sales team in driving growth for the direct-to-customer SaaS version of WPP Open.

In addition, the Senior Director will collaborate with the Product team providing insights on client needs and marketing priorities to be enabled by the platform.

The position reports to the Global Head of Growth Consulting and works closely with WPP’s Central and Agency growth teams, our WPP Open direct sales teams, and key WPP clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with client and agency teams to identify potential areas of growth.

• Partnering with WPP's Central and Agency growth teams and WPP Open direct sales teams on new business opportunities and pitches.

• Creating recommended approaches for WPP Open to drive value for clients.

• Collaborating with the pricing team to develop commercial models for clients, either as SaaS solutions or as part of our agency managed services.

• Working with partnerships team members to foster strategic product partnerships relevant to North American client needs and the WPP Open SaaS offering.

• Supporting WPP's Central and Agency growth teams and WPP Open direct sales teams in creating the right positioning for WPP Open.

• Translating client growth needs into actionable requirements for WPP's AI-powered solutions and services during the sales cycle.

• Staying informed on new WPP AI-powered solutions and services features and how they can be applied to client growth opportunities.

• Meeting revenue growth targets and helping WPP achieve its overall growth objectives.

What you’ll need:

• An analytical mindset, able to approach issues and challenges from multiple perspectives

• Experience in product growth

• Preferable knowledge of Ad Tech and MarTech

• Knowledge of AI products

• Understanding of Advertising / Marketing / Media data

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business environments

• A natural desire to share knowledge and mentor others

• Strong influencing skills to build consensus across teams

• Experience working with teams across multiple locations

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
