• Deep understanding of diverse partner ecosystems, including Global and Regional System Integrators (SIs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform program design, optimization, and investment.

• Extensive experience with partner relationship management (PRM) systems, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and other partner-facing technologies.

• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.

• Your Team: You will lead, mentor, and grow the Partner Program & Strategy team, setting clear goals and supporting their professional development as a second-line leader.

• Executive Leadership: You will report directly to the SVP of Global Partners & Alliances and serve as a key strategic advisor to the entire Partner Sales leadership team.

• Internal Stakeholders: You will build strong, collaborative relationships with Systems, Sales, and other cross-functional field teams to ensure seamless execution and a unified partner experience.
