Senior Director - Development - Mixed-use (RES7)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Director - Development (Mixed-use) to join our team and lead the development of transformative mixed-use projects within the Qiddiya destination. This role is critical to integrating residential, commercial, and recreational components, positioning Qiddiya as a pioneering model for vibrant, sustainable communities.

As the Senior Director, you will oversee the development of a range of mixed-use projects from inception to completion, ensuring that each project aligns with Qiddiya's vision and meets the needs of its diverse stakeholders. You will collaborate with urban planners, architects, and various internal teams to create spaces that foster community and elevate the visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive mixed-use development strategies that reflect Qiddiya's overarching goals and vision.
• Lead and manage all aspects of mixed-use project development, including feasibility studies, design, planning, and execution.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the mixed-use sector.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government agencies, developers, and community representatives to foster collaboration.
• Incorporate sustainable practices and innovative design solutions into all mixed-use developments.
• Regularly report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Champion a culture of excellence, creativity, and teamwork in all aspects of project development.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in mixed-use development or related sectors.
• Proven experience leading large-scale development projects with complex requirements.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, financial analysis, and project management techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
