What you’ll Do:
Teckro is seeking a talented Senior Director, Clinical Engagement & Delivery to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and manage high performing Clinical Engagement and Delivery teams
Create and deliver a portfolio of profitable services that deliver value to our customers and provide a competitive advantage for Teckro
Proactively identify enhancements, improvements or changes in the delivery of our services
Working closely with Teckro teams to ensure customer engagement and retention
Actively participate in account strategy and management with the sales team to acquire and retain customers
Work closely with Product Management to assess market opportunities for new products and to enhance our platform to address current and future customer requirements
Mentor and Coach the Senior Leadership team in Clinical Operations to drive efficiencies
Advise CEO on operational enhancement and improvements
Serves as key point of contact between CEO and operational Senior Leaders
Undertake other ad hoc duties as the role requires
Qualifications & Experience Required:
10+ years’ clinical experience in Clinical Engagement and delivery operating at a Senior level
Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant discipline
Must have proven experience in CRO/pharma companies
Experience with clinical vendors or clinical technology an advantage
Strong project management experience
Strong customer experience skills
Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal/people skills
Aptitude in decision making and problem solving
Proven track record of thought leadership
Location and Travel:
(Dublin or easily commutable to our Dublin office)
Hybrid role - Dublin City Centre, Ireland, currently this is set to 3 days per week onsite.
Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.
We also offer flexible start/ end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle
Note: Regrettably we cannot offer work permit sponsorship for this role To be considered, you must currently be based in Ireland and already hold the necessary legal permissions to work here.
