Infoxchange is leading a cross-sector partnership to build the capability of the not-for-profit sector through the Digital Transformation Hub (the Hub) which provides tailored resources to help more than 10,000 organisations each year leverage digital technologies and amplify their impact. The Hub is an integrated set of web-based Digital Guides, training materials (webinars/ online learning courses) and expert advice.
This role is responsible for supporting sector capability development projects and supporting the maintenance of Hub guides and capability assessment/ recommendations.
This is a fixed‑term appointment (one year), in our Richmond office, Melbourne (by the Yarra).

About the role
Reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager you will:
Assess non-profit sector technology needs and identify technology priorities to support business priorities
Provide practical technology advice through individual consultations, mentoring and webinars to non-profits across technology domains that include:
Digital foundations - PCs, network, servers, telephony, email, file sharing and collaboration infrastructure (office 365 & google workspace)
NFP Applications – service delivery & corporate systems - client/case management, finance and HR systems
IT management – IT strategy/planning, governance, business continuity and IT project management
Cybersecurity –protect information from online threats and accidental disclosure
Artificial intelligence - helping NFPs unlock the power of AI for enhanced impact while mitigating the associated risks in an increasingly complex marketplace
Provide coaching mentoring and advice for Digital Transformation Hub staff
Design, lead and support delivery of programs that build the capability of NFP staff across the Asia Pacific region.
Undertake activities including requirements analysis, report writing, solution design, and training

You will bring:
Have previously led digital transformation programs for Australian NFPs or social purpose organisations
Tertiary qualifications relevant to this position
Deep expertise providing digital technology advice to NFPs in Australia or the Asia Pacific region
Ability to provide expert advice across NFP technology domains, including at least three of:
Digital Foundations
NFP Applications
IT Management
Cybersecurity
Artificial Intelligence
A skilled presenter, able to present a range of technical concepts to non-technical managers
A consultative approach, using professional or expert advice as required
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and negotiation techniques
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to negotiate outcomes in the context of competing priorities
