We are looking for a Senior Digital Quality Control Analyst contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

 

What is this position about?

This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all customer-facing content and validating backend data used for dynamic content and audience targeting. The position focuses on quality control execution, proofreading, copy editing, accessibility testing, and functional validation across digital channels, while also contributing to process improvement and team coaching initiatives.

• Uphold the highest quality standards for customer-facing assets by applying best practices and methodologies within the Quality Control discipline.

• Execute quality control reviews for a wide range of content, including direct mail, social media, emails, web pages, push notifications, promotions, and advertising materials.

• Validate target audience and backend data to ensure accurate segmentation and dynamic content delivery.

• Perform accessibility quality control testing for digital channels, including full websites, mobile websites, and mobile applications.

• Conduct functional testing for websites and mobile apps, validating data accuracy, hyperlinks, responsive design, CSS media queries, breakpoints, flexible grids, and responsive typography.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations and advocate for quality control procedures and standards.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to more efficient and effective quality control practices.

• Establish and follow prioritization processes to ensure timely delivery of work with a strong sense of urgency.

• Communicate business and technical requirements clearly and concisely in written form, adapting the level of detail to the audience.

• Monitor project risks, issues, and scope, ensuring proper prioritization, visibility, and escalation when needed.

• Coach and mentor team members to promote consistent quality standards.

• Advanced expertise in proofreading, copy editing, copywriting, and grammar, with strong familiarity with established style guides such as AP or MLA.
• Advanced knowledge of quality assurance tools and documentation, including Adobe Campaign, MRM, Wrike, WinMerge, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Snagit.
• Strong experience in data management, data validation, and executional processes for email and web content.
• Ability to test digital channels, including mobile-first websites and mobile apps (web and native iOS/Android), using cross-browser tools and emulators such as BrowserStack and web inspectors (Google, Safari, Firefox).
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills when working with Technology, Marketing, Digital Experience, Customer Experience teams, and external partners.
• Proven ability to mentor others and handle multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

What about languages?

You will need an advanced English level for clear and effective communication with the team.

How much experience must I have?

At least 4 years of experience in proofreading, copywriting, copyediting, or quality assurance and established style guides such as the Associated Press (AP) or Modern Language Association (MLA).
