For our growing Growth department, we are looking for a “Senior Digital Marketing Specialist” to join Wingie Enuygun Group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of the team behind one of Turkey’s most successful internet ventures.

Requirements:
What makes you special?

• Minimum 4+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally within the Travel sector.
• Deep expertise in App Marketing and MMP (Mobile Measurement Partners) tools.
• Expert command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Firebase, and GTM.
• Advanced analytical skills with a focus on Excel and data-driven decision-making.
• Professional level of English.

What will you do?

• Create and oversee the digital marketing strategy (SEM, SMM, analysis, CRO) to drive growth and efficiency.
• Take full ownership of product marketing performance and the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.
• Manage app growth initiatives and optimize attribution through MMP data.
• Lead budget planning, monitoring, and performance forecasting.
• Prepare regular reports and insights for stakeholders.
