Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Our client a well-established and highly successful real estate team serving Burlington, Hamilton, and surrounding areas is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and award-winning organization.

With more than two decades of experience helping clients buy and sell homes across the region, the team has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and results. We are seeking a motivated marketing professional who is passionate about digital strategy, content creation, and brand growth.

In this role, you will collaborate with a team of real estate professionals to provide project coordination and marketing support for ongoing initiatives. The successful candidate will play an important role in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and ensuring a high standard of communication and brand consistency across all channels.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
• Participate in the development and execution of an overall digital marketing strategy, including establishing benchmark goals and tracking campaign performance. Assist with implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including content creation such as blog articles, video content, image selection, client testimonials, social media assets, and geographically targeted print campaigns.

Database & Email Marketing Management:
• Build, grow, and maintain the team’s subscriber database and CRM. Plan and execute strategic email marketing campaigns designed to increase subscribers, improve open and click rates, promote events, and generate inbound interest from target audiences.

AI & Marketing Automation Initiatives:
• Research and implement tools that improve marketing efficiency and workflow automation. Utilize platforms such as Trello, Opus Clip, ChatGPT, Canva, and other digital marketing tools to streamline processes and support campaign execution.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing coordination, campaign execution, or a similar role

• Ability to take initiative and independently manage projects and tasks

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms such as Trello, Canva, and other marketing software

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Valid driver’s license
