About the Role:

RoomRaccoon is seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and on-brand visual experiences across all platforms, contributing to increased brand awareness, lead generation, and overall marketing success.

What You'll Be Accountable For:

Delivering exceptional design solutions on time and within budget, exceeding expectations and driving measurable results.

Elevating website conversion rates through user-centric design and strategic optimization of landing pages and key website elements.

Boosting engagement on social media channels by creating compelling visuals for both organic and paid content.

Maximizing video impact by increasing watch times on social media videos and video ads.

Ensuring high click-through rates for social media and Google Display ads through compelling visuals and messaging.

Maintaining brand consistency across all visual elements, including print materials, digital assets, and marketing collateral.

Designing a wide range of creative materials:

Social media content (organic and paid)

Stands, flyers, and swag for events

Banners and still images for Google Ads

Videos for social media (basic editing, animation a plus)

Website landing pages for campaigns

Primary website page design and optimization

Brand style guides

Sales materials (brochures, business cards, etc.)

Email templates (newsletters, campaigns, sales templates)

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

A strong design portfolio showcasing your creativity, understanding of visual hierarchy, and ability to translate brand identity into impactful visuals.

Proven experience in delivering high-quality design solutions across various media formats.

A deep understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and user interface (UI) design best practices.

A data-driven approach to design, optimizing visuals based on performance metrics and user behavior.

Ai Usage: A firm believer of leveraging AI to improve output efficiencies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams (marketing, sales) and external vendors.

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, error-free work.

A proactive and organized work style with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Solid proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and potentially video editing tools (bonus: animation skills).

A passion for learning and staying current with design trends and best practices.

Bonus Points:

Experience working in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Strong understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG).
