Senior Digital Designer

As a Senior Digital Designer & Art Director, you will shape the future look and feel of Suitsupply across all digital touchpoints. You’ll combine hands-on design expertise with strong art direction skills, collaborating with our creative team, e-commerce stakeholders, marketing department, photographers, and freelancers to bring seasonal campaigns to life.

We’re looking for a highly creative individual with a sharp eye for fashion, photography, typography, and digital storytelling—someone who can elevate our brand visually while guiding others in the process.

What you'll do:

• Designing web based campaigns and projects for Suitsupply.

• Lead the creative direction and execution of digital campaigns, seasonal launches

• and e-commerce initiatives.

• Own and evolve our digital design systems in Figma, ensuring brand consistency

• and scalability across platforms.

• Develop innovative concepts that align with our fashion-forward identity and translate them

• across all digital platforms.

• Stay ahead of design, fashion, and cultural trends to keep the brand innovative and relevant.

• Partner with front-end and content teams to ensure designs are optimized for digital experiences.

• Contributing to new ideas for small and medium campaigns

• Working with front-end and content to create designs

Who you are:

• 8+ years of proven experience in digital design, with strong art direction skills (agency or in-house).

• A portfolio that showcases innovative digital work for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.

• Expert in Figma, with proven experience building, maintaining, and scaling digital design systems.

• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Creative Force and prototyping tools.

• Confident in giving direction to photographers, stylists, and retouch.

• Excellent communicator with experience managing multiple stakeholders.

• Experience with AI tools and motion design is highly desirable

• Strong aesthetic sensibility, with a passion for fashion and visual culture.
