What we expect

As a Digital Architect (d/f/m), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of our next-generation elevator systems and digital services. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic architectural leadership to ensure our solutions are robust, secure, and future-proof.

Key Responsibilities

Transform an established architecture into a future-ready platform — scalable, maintainable, and testable by design
Design and evolve clean, documented architectures for 24/7 mission-critical systems
Actively participate in development sprints, reviews, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
Untangle complexity, introduce structure, and lay the foundation for sustainable innovation
Regularly communicate solution status, risks, and progress to management in a clear and concise manner
Drive secure architecture principles and ensure secure software development practices
Work closely with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to align architecture with business goals

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of proven experience in designing software architecture for complex cloud systems (preferably Microsoft Azure).
Strong understanding of end-to-end solution architecture, including security, scalability, and maintainability.
Ownership and getting-things-done mindset – takes initiative, ensures quality outcomes, and delivers results reliably in a fast-paced environment
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical peers and executive stakeholders.
Strong team player – collaborates effectively across global, cross-functional teams, building trust and alignment
Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
